Who are International Trade Practitioners Ltd.
The Director of International Trade Practitioners is Dr. Brendan P.Mac Evoy. He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin, Oxford University and the National College of Ireland. He has a Ph.D degree in indigenous trade exporting, a Masters Degree in Management Science as well as a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Sales Management and Marketing and a graduate of the Irish Institute of International Trade. He also holds a certificate in Chinese Business Culture from UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland.
He has had over thirty years international trade experience while working for such companies as Arthur Guinness, the Irish Dairy Board , IAWS, and the Irish Sea Fisheries Board. He was also chief executive of the international training organisation, Export Management Systems Ltd.
He held lecturing positions in many institutes such as UCD, UCC, IMI, DIT for and for eight years was Director of International Trade and Maritime Studies at NCI.
He has designed and delivered practical training workshops for such organisations as the Irish Export Board, County Enterprise Boards, Irish Exporters Association, Institutes of Foreign Trade, Fas, and Hetac.
He published six guide books on International Trade Practice and for many years was Editor of the ’ Irish Exporters’ Magazine
The company are members of the Irish Asia Forum, the Irish Exporters Association, the Institute of International Trade of Ireland, the International Institute of Trade Trainers and the Ireland /China Association.
